1. Pan roast padrón peppers with sea salt. (巴塞隆那著名小吃:燒烤綠椒,雖然看見很多鹽灑滿椒面,但絶對不咸和不辣。非常好味!)2. Spicy Meat Balls with Rustic Vine-Ripened Tomato Sauce (辣肉丸:通常吃到的肉丸都是軟滑細緻,但 Iberico & Co. 的是用上肉筋打造,入口嚼勁十足,與帶小辣的蕃茄醬非常匹配。相信是DIY肉丸,不是從外購買回來的肉丸。)3. Portuguese fisherman’s stew with white wine, potatoes & parsley (葡式海鮮湯,邊旁放了好幾片麵包,中間的青口、蜆、魷魚、蝦和魚肉堆得滿滿的,十分足料。除了海鮮更有點馬鈴薯粒、蕃茄蓉和番茜,濃濃的百里香草味。)4. Pears poached in Rioja with cinnamon & ginger ice-cream (紅酒加玉桂煮過的梨子裡釀入了雲哩拿雪糕。充滿玉桂的味道,肉清爽香甜。酒味其實並不重,跟梨子味道融合,還是很好味的一道甜點。總結:很不錯的西班牙餐

先嚟兩杯Sangria,一杯是傳統紅酒加橙的味道,另外一杯是白酒加桃的味道。還是覺得不夠果味,酒味較濃。
