Got off work early and went to pick up my wife at Central. It was about 19:30 by the time I picked her up. Decided to try this Japanese Ramen shop, which was recommended by her friend. We went with my buddy and her wife also.The shop isn’t too big, can serve about 20 or so customers. We arrived at the shop at 19:30, and we were the only customers there. The staffs were very friendly, greeted us and also introduced to us about their food. Manager of the shop even explained about their soup
The shop isn’t too big, can serve about 20 or so customers. We arrived at the shop at 19:30, and we were the only customers there. The staffs were very friendly, greeted us and also introduced to us about their food. Manager of the shop even explained about their soup base, which was cooked for 10 plus hours with pork bones and secret ingredients (No MSG). All ramen can choose noodle types of straight and curly noodles. I personally like curly noodles, and it’s totally the texture that I like, which is not too soft and just right.
Overall, I’ll rate this shop 5/5, can’t complain and it’s a must try ramen shop, strongly recommend to all ramen lovers!

Cha Tora (Black Garlic Oil) Ramen:
