畢業後數年,有點懷念當年在東歐的生活,便搵左間東歐菜食,香港冇咩東歐餐廳,主要都是以俄菜為主題,呢間就主打 Ukraine, 一於就試下同Kiev食有冇分別餐廳裝飾很有東歐feel,木材 texture 同有好多老闆係Ukraine 當地拎回來既擺設叫左個芝士牛脷盎,cheese so creamy 再配焗麵包,very match食東歐菜當然不少得傳統菜式餃子,叫左cheese dumpling, 再配sour cream, 是以前係東歐既taste😋,不過份量就少左d, hkd 88 only got 4 dumplingsMain dish 叫左燉免肉with spaghetti,呢道就改良左d,因為當年食係未試過配spaghetti (usually with mashed potatoes), 兔肉同spaghetti 都好入味 ,不肉質乾左少少最後叫左甜品honey lemon cake
餐廳裝飾很有東歐feel,木材 texture 同有好多老闆係Ukraine 當地拎回來既擺設
