(English below)有位中年大叔，成餐飯係度串我地🤷🏻♀️ 野食黎到我地影下相，佢行過拋低一句「d野唔係食㗎wor😒」。大佬，你整到間野咁靚都係想人地打卡姐。我地影相關你L事？然後餐飲我叫凍啡佢上錯熱啡。佢放檯面，我同男友傾緊計，無留意拎左黎飲，然後發現錯左就叫左另一個侍應幫我換返。個哥哥仔直接整左一杯凍嘅，但無收走熱嗰杯… 其實係好飲嘅，我心唸可能佢收返都係倒，就sip多左一啖。大叔即刻衝過黎收走我杯野，啤住我問「你無飲過㗎可？😒」嗯…唔通你會俾另一台？🙃🙃 唔知啦🙃btw留意返，午餐得普通西餐set lunch，係無東歐小食/特色野食嘅。Food was good, not “extraordinary” but it was nice. Food was good, not “extraordinary” but it was nice. They only do a few options of set lunches and no a la carte menu during lunch service, which was disappointing… but fine. The main thing that made them lose stars was a very RUDE and condescending server. This local middle aged server, who threw judgemental comments at my English speaking boyfriend and I (local) randomly throughout our meal.
As we sat down we were excited about the decorations. When the food arrived, we were trying to take some nice photos, and as he walked by us he said considerably loudly (enough for me, seated farther away from him than my boyfriend) looked at us and said, “Not even eating the food.”
Later came my set meal drink: he took our order wrong and instead of iced coffee it came hot. I was chatting with my boyfriend, and absent-mindedly took a few sips.
Then I realized they got me the wrong order so I asked another server to change it for me. The young server swiftly gave me another glass of iced coffee, but left the hot one on my table. I figured they’re probably gunna throw it into the sink any way, so I took one more sip (cus actually it tasted great). The middle aged guy stormed over to take the hot coffee away, glaring at me, saying, “So you asked for an iced one? You didn’t touch this one, did you??” And took it to the bar.
I mean… wow. If I hadn’t touch it would you serve it to another table!???!! Such amazing service. What a shame, it could’ve been a great special experience for our day off.
