To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日因為天氣開始凍,所以大家就諗下食蛇。而亦因為知道蛇王芬曾經2016 取得米芝蓮,所以大家一齊去試下,但完全物非所值。難怪只見大部份是遊客幫襯。本地人只得一,兩枱。整體都令大家失望,首先講蛇羹,湯底好似漿糊咁,粉漿太厚。另外,蛇羹上枱時,不是熱的。所以$150/碗就~~😰😰第二,豉油皇煎蝦,蝦腸未挑,又張蝦頭切開,四隻分為八件上碟,經典。😄第三,潤腸雞㷛仔飯,無飯焦,水份又太多,雞又只得幾件骨。 第四,椒鹽鮮魷,完全無味。原本想點椒鹽蛇碌。因為無貨,才點椒鹽鮮魷。第五,羊腩煲,味道尚可,但沒有冬荀,腐竹又好硬。另外,餐廳不太清潔,枱面餐牌油膩,地滑。而洗手間門口也有積水。侍應服務態度都好。六個人,$2xxx。 完全物非所值。

整體都令大家失望,

首先講蛇羹,湯底好似漿糊咁,粉漿太厚。另外,蛇羹上枱時,不是熱的。所以$150/碗就~~😰😰
第二,豉油皇煎蝦,蝦腸未挑,又張蝦頭切開,四隻分為八件上碟,經典。😄
