To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 1. 今回是小弟負責訂位。接線生是有少少大媽 (恕我用這個字,會較易明) feel 的語氣對答,例如:「吓?講多次幾多號電話號碼?」這是我對餐廳的初步印象,日常小事一宗,沒太在意。之後週日早上收到電話錄音留言,reconfirm booking,都是這一類語氣。

當天去到餐廳,我是第三個到達,有兩位朋友已在內坐着,門口並不繁忙。女 receptionist 有禮地問我 booking,我說:「Booked 咗 12點,五位,何先生。」(小弟姓何)

該職員 checked 完後答:「有,何小姐五位,到咗。」

我嗰刻呆了一呆,其實是怕她搞錯了其他人的 booking,我再講一次:「係何先生喎!」,佢隔了兩秒,之後答:「啊,唔好意思,何先生。」整體感覺怪怪哋,這只是開始。

2. 我們三個先到達的,坐低開茶,叫了一壺「香片」。我們邊飲茶,邊傾計等另外兩位朋友。茶壺在我右手邊,我是頭向左手邊與友人傾計。

飲飲吓茶,其中一位朋友發現茶的味道唔同咗,點解會變咗「菊普」?!向侍應查詢,原來是將我們壼茶同隔離枱掉轉了。這是普通酒樓都不應犯的低級錯誤???侍應立即話唔好意思,換番壼香片俾我哋 (卻沒有換杯)。

順帶一提,這裏五位茶錢加一碟放在枱面的調味辣醬蒜粒,總共收 $190 茶芥再 +10%。這個與人「撈亂茶壺」的錯誤對我來說,無論米唔米芝蓮,都是不能接受,可能我哋嗰日倒楣啦。

當天是星期日,點心 menu 第一版揭開就是「商務套餐」,記憶中是人均 $1,xxx +10%。誰會想在週日中午,一家人或一班朋友,吃人人一樣的「商務套餐」?!建議週日可以拿走呢一版,或放在最後,反正餐牌都係可郁動的活頁那種?!至於其餘食物選擇,就在另一大餐牌上,是小菜和各項鮑參翅肚之類。先撇開價錢,中午食呢啲,是有點 over。

4. 點心餐牌沒說明份量,只有價錢,要向侍應查詢才知道。原來「燒賣」一籠是三粒,「叉燒包」一籠則是兩個,款款數量不同。予其要人客逐個問,何不清楚寫在餐牌上?

我的貼士:如果嗰樣點心人人都食,乾脆就叫佢計人頭整每人一件,比較方便。如果是腸粉之類,應該都是 share portion。一些 fancy 的點心、比較貴、或不是人人都食的,最好問清楚一籠的件數。

5. 有些點心可按人頭計,例如燒賣我們點了五粒,佢會分開兩籠上,一籠三粒,另一籠零碎地放兩粒 (估計是蒸好咗一籠三粒,拎走一粒再上桌)。計埋其他點心,結果成枱都係籠,但食物都是重複。建議可以擺盆精緻點,例如將五粒燒賣擺在一起,慳位靚仔又專業。

6. 我們先吃點心,後加小菜。中途問侍應 (還是經理?) 有什麼推介,他轉頭拿了大餐牌給我們,說:「全部印晒喺呢版度,樣樣都出名,可以自己睇。」嗰刻我們呆哂。作為米芝蓮二星 (或作為高收費的餐廳),侍應應可建議一些較受歡迎或 signature 的小菜給人客,這很合情理和期望,人客也開心;要自己睇自己挑,就有點兒敷衍,呢個位又係差 DD。

7. 吃炆伊麵前,侍應生替我們換上新的碗,可惜其中友人那隻碗是污糟的,有舊黑色嘢黐住,要叫侍應換過。食物好唔好食是個人感受,但係衛生就係客觀,這方面我個人也是接受不到。

幾特別,它是半煎炸,似炸馬拉的粉粿條,外皮脆卜卜,香口好食,擺盤也靚,值得一試。

「蜜汁豚肉叉燒包」$72 / 二個,算不算是天價叉燒包?味道評價是和普通的叉燒包沒兩樣,係咪 value for money,見仁見智:

總結。我覺得來吃晚飯點大菜,多一些人來吃,或是商務午 / 晚餐,會比較合適;服務和食物皆有進步空間。值唔值米芝蓮二星?不論你如何評價「米芝蓮」這套,我會比喻今次體驗為「菊梓喬攞最受歡迎女歌手」,大家各自理解啦。希望有關方面可以加油做得更好,keep 住那兩顆星星。
