good food but bad service

we were here for a quick bite, food was good, service not so, waitress not seeing us deliberately, continue to look the opposite side, we waited for 10 mins, shouted for a seat for 3 times, even the other customers saw us, she wouldn't even look at the entrance, just 1 staff in the restaurant, all others in the kitchen x2 staff, it is aftwrall an airport restaurant we expected to be fast pace but is not, totally upset.
