To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在香港除了北角的東寶小館外,最好吃的大排檔就是藏在長沙灣的大中華飯店了~不能不說這裡的臘味煲仔飯真的好好吃~而且非常足料,除了臘腸臘肉還有大量的蔥跟花生~每一粒飯都油光閃閃的~吃進去每一口都是享受豉椒炒花甲也是非常新鮮的,而且鍋氣很足,不過感覺吃多了會上火蒜蓉蝦乾蒸絲瓜是我每次去大排檔必點的菜~這裡的份量明顯比東寶小館多很多~相信大家馬友咸魚就吃得多了,但其實蒸的新鮮馬友其實更好吃😋肉質非常滑嫩,還帶有淡淡的魚香味~吃過的一定會喜歡👍🏻最後一個黑椒牛仔骨也是非常惹味,但是其實這裡的招牌是黑椒鐵板豬手,可惜我們人不夠多,吃不完所以沒點~

相信大家馬友咸魚就吃得多了,但其實蒸的新鮮馬友其實更好吃😋肉質非常滑嫩,還帶有淡淡的魚香味~吃過的一定會喜歡👍🏻

最後一個黑椒牛仔骨也是非常惹味,但是其實這裡的招牌是黑椒鐵板豬手,可惜我們人不夠多,吃不完所以沒點~
