always want to write a review on this cafe’s service, I used to go hiking with friends as am living nearby and the coffee here is not bad indeed, so I buy coffee during hiking weekends. The service is alright.But I made me feel awful when I come on weekdays one time last year that urge me to find a review. But I made me feel awful when I come on weekdays one time last year that urge me to find a review. I was with my 4 years old niece, and as she was in the call of nature, I ask the staff / barista there if I can order some food and drinks here so I can borrow the key to washroom, and she also borrowed me the key. And as the toilet was not inside the cafe, so I had to ask how to go there. The staff told me it’s just next door. But then I went out there’s a residential and a ally next door that without toilets. Then I can only return to the shop and ask again, the staff started very impatient and seems in bad mood that I can’t find the way to the toilet.
everything turns dark since then, I again went out to seek for the toilet for my niece as the staff instructed, but then there was a security came out from the next door seems very skeptical on me… then I asked if there is a toilet for the cafe, he looked at me quite grumpy and said : there is no toilets.
Again I return to the shop, the staff is so angrily looking at me and being so unhelpful, as I asked her again she seems doesn’t want to tell me where is way. I understand it is only she herself in the shop, but with just one table of customer there, is it really impossible for her just walking out from the bar, not even necessary to step out of the shop, just point me by the door of the shop : let me have the direction to the toilet, is it that difficult to do so? And she even starred at me like I am an idiot….
Won’t come again, to be honest there are many cafes, I would prefer one with friendly attitude.
