今日放假去左大澳玩,經過東涌發現多左好多野食,揀左呢間比較少見來自日本的金子半之助。食物選擇唔多,不過樣樣都好好食咁。江戶前天丼 $138穴子、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、莢豌豆炸玉子呢個set勁豐富,天婦羅都有幾種。- 招牌穴子即係星鰻,比平時的鰻魚厚肉同嫩滑,長30cm,仲長過個碗。- 炸海老食落好新鮮,蝦肉偏實,仲有2條咁多。- 炸魷魚餅,呢個係我最愛,魷魚係一粒粒,好有咬口得黎又爽滑,一d都唔似炸過,非常好味😋- 炸玉子都超正,隻蛋炸過仲好流心,一戳蛋黃就流晒出嚟,撈飯一流。- 味噌湯:鹹咗少少- 漬物:甜薑同醃蘿蔔,如果食完可以再添。天丼 $98菇菌、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、莢豌豆,味噌湯 同漬物呢個丼唯一同江戶前唔用的係穴子換左炸菇,其他食材都一樣。炸菇都好好食,炸得黎唔油,而且隻菇仲吸收左醬油味,好入味。另外講下呢度有黑豆茶飲係幾好味😋。

江戶前天丼 $138
穴子、海老、小柱魷魚天婦羅餅、海苔、莢豌豆炸玉子

呢個set勁豐富,天婦羅都有幾種。
