突然好想食串燒,朋友介紹我去黑木!朋友話黑木得好少座位,由於我冇預先book位,所以我就一早去到,諗住早啲walk-in會有位!終於,策略成功!餐廳地點有啲難搵,最後都要打電話比餐廳問確實地點!入到餐廳,店員立刻遞上餐牌!呢個並唔係普通粟米,而係新鮮粟米,店員話係由北海道嚟嘅,食落非常鮮甜,多汁,感覺好清新!我的至愛係牛舌,除咗師傅真係整得好好食之外,我覺得材料都好高質,一串牛舌$58 ,但係一串有四件,而且每件牛舌都好大塊,相當抵食,牛舌好爽,完全唔韌,加咗黑椒,味道適中,唔會太鹹!睇餐牌時,見到有一樣食物叫黑木一夜干,就叫左黎試吓啦!店員話「一夜干」係一種煮法,佢哋係將條新鮮魚整乾咗佢,再煮,呢種食法我響台灣都試過,而今次佢哋所選嘅魚就係馬友!條魚嘅皮煎得好香脆,魚肉就好嫩滑鮮甜,真係整得好出色!另一樣好好味嘅係白鱔,白鱔外表燒得好脆,而魚肉好香,燒得剛剛好!燒菠蘿亦係今晚嘅另一亮點,菠蘿好鮮甜,多汁,燒完之後更加帶出菠蘿嘅甜味!將佢作為今晚嘅甜品,真係一個美好嘅完結!以食串燒嚟講,黑木嘅CP值好高,佢啲串燒可以保留到食物原有味道之外,外表亦燒得香脆,而價錢合理!不過黑木真係唔多座
