To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

住係天后，炮台山附近，食盡呢區嘅燒味，最好食同最低食非佢莫屬！我敢講，天后/炮台山成個區，佢地嘅燒味係最平但最好食！仲越泥越進步添！我同老公分別叫左油雞燒肉飯同叉燒飯，加一碗湯同油菜share！ 佢個叉燒飯先33蚊，叉燒肥瘦適中，啖啖肉，唔會好似炮台山個間賣D黑色燒燶舊邊邊俾人食，仲要俾夠飯，搭兩條菜心！33蚊係邊度搵呀！加個湯都係7蚊，係香港人最愛嘅青紅蘿蔔湯！我個碟油雞燒肉飯都好好食，師傅切嘅厚度同刀工對於燒味其實都好講究，如果切得唔好，就算再好嘅食材都會差咁D，今晚雖然唔多客，但係師傅都有三個企曬係度，每次客人落order都好認真切每一舊燒味！至於燒肉我有少少強逼症，如果可以每舊燒肉都連住塊脆皮就好了！希望下次有！另外，簡單一碟油菜都令我有驚奇，唔會煮到淋曬，軟硬適中，配上少許蠔油滾油，非常配合燒味飯！ 我同老公一啖飯，一啖湯，一啖菜，就咁就過左一個完美嘅晚上！平平淡淡又一天！
