To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 行完商場睇完戲時間啱啱好,就見到呢一間野又唔使點樣排隊所以就入咗去食。一開頭見到餐牌會覺得份量好少,但嚟到嘅時候又會覺得大得誇張,但食到咁上下見到隻碗係好淺嘅時候又覺得份量其實啱啱好,完全係來回地獄又折返。叫咗一碗燒牛肉,一碗西班牙豚肉,再加一份蝦刺身。個餐本身包嘢飲,所以叫咗一碗麵豉湯,一支解茶。講番啲燒牛肉,燒到啲邊啱啱好有少少黑色,酸酸甜甜好開胃;啲西班牙豚肉,肉質好好,煮到啱啱好熟多少少🤏🏻。不過啲刺身就真係差少少,成$60先得兩隻,仲要得個頭大,個身真係細得可憐。另外一提,呢間野係我少見嘅仲有執枱專員👍🏻👍🏻
