今日同同事慶祝生日,佢平時成日帶我食好嘢,咁我梗係要揾餐好既招呼佢,於是揀左時代廣場既麒藝館,之前睇報紙介紹過,呢度既主廚係以前喜來登酒店既行政總廚陳小麒師傅(所以叫麒藝館?),菜式獨特又名貴。位於時代廣場十樓,睇個地埗都知佢架勢啦,二人位都好寬敞坐得好舒服,享受著高級食肆的寧靜,先叫了壺「瑰麗堂煌」就是玫瑰加荔枝茶,有美顏去疲勞之功效,芳香撲鼻,非等閒之輩。品茶之餘還是急不及待地點菜,二人餐只需$388當然先來一套,另外見佢做緊「午市超值孖寶」($68),又係好抵加左一set。當然唔少得試下招牌菜式,同事話呢度花膠都好出名,所以叫了個「唐酒花膠蟹肉蛋白」($128),蟹肉好鮮味,幾粒杞子味道也突出,蛋白好滑配以花膠口感豐富,好食!另一樣招牌菜是乳豬,這道名為「即燒無花菓天下第一豬」(例牌$188),果然非常香口,皮脆肉嫩,不過得6件就稍為少了一點。而佢提供既自家製無花果醬也不錯,甜甜地不妨一試。「午市超值孖寶」包括一件原隻鮑魚花膠撻,一件鬆脆的迷你撻上放上花膠粒和原隻鮑魚,鮑魚好腍。另外仲包括一碟「鮑汁花膠撈飯」,有好多花膠條、木魚和菜粒,鮑汁好味,正!二人餐揀左香茅妙齡乳鴿(前菜)
