There are two choices of Takoyaki at Sogo Basement. This is a new store that I got to try out ;) While waiting for my Takoyaki 章魚燒, I can see that the chefs were very professionally efficient. The kitchen is very clean. That enlightens my appetizers and I couldn’t wait to have mine! Alright let’s get back to the Takoyaki - The outer layer was very crispy and crunchy, while the fillings and sauce are melted in my month! While I didn’t expect much but the soft Takoyaki skin, I was wrong! I can say this is the best Takoyaki at a very reasonable price in Hong Kong!
