早幾日荔枝角放工,同朋友去左D2 place 附近搵下有咩好野食。見到呢間日式居酒屋風格既餐廳,就入左去試下。我地叫左個二人餐一齊share。前菜就上左個鴨胸豆腐。一份細細碟,加上個酸酸地既汁,開胃又唔會太飽。之後仲有個牡丹蝦沙律。去殼牡丹蝦刺身,新鮮爽口,加上黑醋沙律,小食就上左個唐揚拼盤,分別有唐揚炸雞、吉列蠔、芝麻雞翼同玉子燒。炸物外層酥脆,但係肉質仍然鮮嫩,炸蠔仍然保持到creamy 既口感一品就食左店員推介嘅鰹魚湯煮花膠日本大根。花膠炆得十分入味,煙韌軟滑。大根吸收左鰹魚湯嘅味道,香甜爽口。終於到正餐,鐵板風蒜片牛柳粒。牛柳粒熟度剛剛好,食落口仍然有大量肉汁。肉食之後有鐵板炒野菜。將幾款菜加金菇炒埋一大碟。大大份好抵食主食最後仲有個黑松露蘆荀炒飯。炒飯粒粒分明,爽甜嘅蘆荀加上少少甘味嘅黑松露簡直係絕配。最後重有個甜品,抹茶麻糬窩夫。一大層厚厚嘅麻薯鋪係窩夫上面,又靚又好食。
