我同朋友都非常志同道合 - 中意大熱天時打邊爐、凍冰冰食雪糕~ 今晚就約左個好朋友打邊爐,未泥食之前都唔太覺D2 Place有間咁古色古香既餐廳。先黎既就叫左杯特飲 - 話梅梳打。為陣間既麻辣湯底做好準備。一邊麻辣湯,一邊椰子花旗參雞湯。個湯入面都好多材料下,我地食到尾都有食到D湯渣,唔好哂~ 咁多火鍋配料當中,最印象深刻有以下呢幾款:1. 醉雞件: 非常入味, 即使放入火鍋湯底煮,拎番上黎食仍然充滿酒香味!2. 牛肉牛頸脊: 打邊爐點可以冇牛肉呢! 好林身亦好香牛味,厚薄平均3. 手打魚腐: 個口感好新奇得意,食落好似棉花糖咁滑同軟熟4. 鴨血: 近期火鍋配料大熱,我自己亦都係鴨血fans,份量多而且口感軟硬度恰到好處最後以椰子雪芭作結,非常滿足!
