To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚饭点了4个菜。每一个菜都明显味道是一样的用大量调味调出同一个美极鲜酱油的味道。咸!食材不新鲜! 什麼安格斯牛肉丁218元炒得超级过火,又硬又咸口。每一个99元的蟶子王蒜茸味道太大,没有海鲜的味道。 芥蘭炒腊味D臘腸用特別差的食材 沒有月腊味的香氣完全是又硬又咸。服务也非常一般。哎,以前又好吃又高级的酒楼淪落到咁樣。。。。。本來不想寫但覺得真的好不明白為何能這麼難吃還收這麼貴。荷李活廣場的酒樓好多都關門了。可惜呀。
