一般餐廳有多種蝦或放題刺身選擇,但價格動輒二三百元左右,對於主打專吃蝦正合我心意,係一間台式主打蝦專門店,能以合理價錢按心水點餐如: (奶油蝦、胡椒蝦、三杯蝦等……)仲有其他台式食材供選擇,對於餐廳把蝦升級對於蝦控之人吸引程度可謂爆燈!七時許我們入座,望落餐牌十分豐富狂玫奶油蝦,坦白講$188元唔平但真係物有所值,大廚預先用洋蔥墊底更可讓食材精華流入蝦籽之內,鍋內有六隻啖啖肉大蝦肉質結實很有驚喜,店員一揭鍋蓋陣陣牛油奶香飄逸而來,每啖juicy滋味,落單後店員會去養殖區生猛捕捉,隨著蝦身紅卜卜火候控制剛好蝦肉鮮甜入口原汁原味突出海鮮味美,讓客人食得安心,定時定候為客人做足準備以奉上,不消片刻己見底。皆因不用顧忌才夠盡興,之後再食醉雞卷清香味醇,雞汁和醉雞汁混合,花鵰淡淡香味醉人又芬芳,肉質不會太韌太老保持濕潤滋補的味道。最後二合為一的生果菠蘿雪葩,原個水果雪葩較有果肉口感、易入口透心、綿滑菠蘿果香清新突出,味道天然飯後完食一流,想試可以到太子食過暢快!
