成日覺得要係旺角搵一間好餐廳都幾難,今次就行遠少少,去左呢間位於何文田嘅Shao. 餐廳環境唔算大,一眼望得晒,我地當日有訂定位先,所以唔洗等就有得入。餐廳係周末同星期五晚設有$250嘅最低消費,想試嘅朋友要留意💡由於有最低消費,我地就每人叫左個4 course dinner set ($298),由前菜到甜品咖啡都有齊晒,其實都幾抵食😋✨First Course - 秋葵沙糖沙律 / 牛舌串燒沙律入面除左秋葵外仲有椎山,口感爽口得黎又有種滑溜感;雖然話加左沙糖,但味道並唔甜,反而微酸咁有種清新嘅感覺。牛舌串食得出係先煮熟左再燒,口感方面偏淰,冇平時燒牛舌果種彈牙多汁嘅感覺,但勝在夠厚身,味道都唔錯。✨Second Course - 明太子意粉 / 鵝肝漢堡明太子意粉份量都算幾多,食落有明太子獨特嘅咸香味,帶微微嘅辛辣;意粉火喉控制得唔錯,硬度適中。鵝肝漢堡係我成餐飯入面最鍾意嘅一個course 😋漢堡係mini size, 2啖食得完,漢堡包烘至金黃鬆軟,入面嘅layer好簡單,只係加左黑松露醬同煎鵝肝。鵝肝煎得岩岩好,油香十足,非常肥美。✨Third Course - 楓糖叉燒 /

✨First Course - 秋葵沙糖沙律 / 牛舌串燒

沙律入面除左秋葵外仲有椎山,口感爽口得黎又有種滑溜感;雖然話加左沙糖,但味道並唔甜,反而微酸咁有種清新嘅感覺。

✨Third Course - 楓糖叉燒 / 膜肉牛扒

餐廳將叉燒以西式嘅擺盤方式呈上,下面嘅綠色醬我一開始以為係牛油果,但其實係姜蓉,成個感覺都幾有新鮮感。 叉燒岩岩燒起,外層塗上咗厚厚嘅楓糖,味道甜甜地帶點焦香;肉質肥瘦相間,口感嫩滑,都幾好食😋

相對於叉燒,個牛扒就比較令人失望,成個牛扒煮得太熟,口感較乾身,勝在牛味重,但比起其他菜式嚟講都係遜色不少。

用抹茶取代左咖啡,清澀嘅抹茶同雲尼拿雪糕相配得宜,甜度適中。

個人覺得呢個4-course dinner set係非常抵食,而且整體黎講味道都唔錯,值得一試😋
