Do not order your entire order at once!

Two of us went there for lunch on a busy Saturday. I guess many patrons were trying to use up their coupons that are due to expire on August 3. We did not have to wait because of we made reservation in advance. We ordered two appetizers (calamari and tomato salad), one pasta and one pizza. The food was average and not bad. Two of us went there for lunch on a busy Saturday. I guess many patrons were trying to use up their coupons that are due to expire on August 3. We did not have to wait because of we made reservation in advance. We ordered two appetizers (calamari and tomato salad), one pasta and one pizza. The food was average and not bad. Comparing to the last visit in September 2021, the quality is not as good as before. Indeed, it was superb that time. Also, they introduced a new ordering system by asking you to place your order on your mobile using a QR code. This is where we made our mistake -we placed our entire order in one go. All 4 dished came within 10 minutes and we were running out of room as the table was very small. The main challenge was that food was getting cold as we could not eat everything at once. The pizza and pasta were cold by the time we finished our appetizers. This was disappointing! We complained to the manager and he said it was a human mistake. However, he did not apologize and did nothing. So my recommendation to all is to place the order separately and order your order sequentially. DO NOT ORDER EVERYTHING AT ONCE IF YOU DO NOT WANT COLD PIZZA OR PASTA.
