特地來呢間餐廳試吓dry aged牛嘅二人套餐,慶祝一下終於可以食返晚市,呢個餐一共有八道菜,好似食自助餐咁多。Crab and lobster bisque龍蝦湯有咩上嚟非常之入味,唔會過鹹,最重要食落去會有一絲絲嘅蟹肉,個質感有啲唔似出面嘅龍蝦湯,佢相對地會稀少少,但係龍蝦味好出,好夾硬整到佢好稠咁樣,感覺上冇咁Heavy。Tuna steak吞拿魚嘅外皮有用火槍燒過,魚身比較乾身,所以配上左芒果莎莎去令到成個菜式濕潤番啲,烤過嘅外皮有少少魚油嘅烘烤味,芒果莎莎食落好清新,又甜甜地令到個味道嘅層次多咗。Oysters芝士菠菜焗蠔兩隻嘅份量都唔少,幾時落得一啲都唔撚識,面烤焦左嘅味道令到人垂涎欲滴,芝士同菠菜好夾,食起上嚟令到個感覺冇咁油膩,多咗啲蔬菜去中和,蠔嘅火候都啱啱好,冇話縮到好細,個蠔膽又好多汁標出來,同芝士菠菜好夾。Foie gras鵝肝整到好似一口牛肉粒咁樣,非常之得意,好少食到咁嘅size,而且裏面一啲筋都冇非常滑溜,在撈勻隻溫泉蛋食,會喺鵝肝嘅油香當中再夾雜左蛋黃嗰種黏口嘅質感,令到鵝肝嘅味道都一路黐住喺口腔入面久久不散去。Seasonal clams大蜆用咗白湯去

大蜆用咗白湯去煮,個白湯加咗香茅同埋姜,令到成件事好有趣,白湯本來係一種好西式嘅食物,加入左香茅同埋薑之後令到成個概念有少少變咗東南亞,非常之有新鮮感。蜆肉非常飽滿,完全冇沙,食落好彈牙好有蜆嘅鮮味。

真係原隻龍蝦一人一半,隻龍蝦有我手掌咁大,好貼心咁樣敲碎咗個龍蝦肶,好容易就可以搣開,龍蝦嘅肉非常之彈牙,配上個芝士令到個味道又有芝士嘅香味,又有龍蝦嘅鮮味,非常之夾,而且燒嘅火候啱啱好,龍蝦肉一啲都唔老,蝦頭嘅膏味道好濃郁,好有衝動繼續食落去,但係其實半隻嘅份量好夠好飽腹。

終於到咗今晚嘅重頭菜,特登嚟食嘅dry aged牛,牛身會比起一般食到嘅牛乾身少少,但係牛味好出,所有牛嘅鮮味都鎖住喺牛肉入面,因為冇水份嘅關係亦冇流失咗出去。相對地肉嘅質地會比較硬,所以更加講求個熟嘅程度,太熟嘅話會好難咬開,而家雖然睇落好似好生但係其實個口感會啱啱好。

甜品方面嗌左個柚子撻同埋朱古力mousse,少少哋清清味蕾,柚子非常之新鮮,酸酸地令到成個負擔細咗好多,而朱古力極都比出面食到嘅質地較為鬆軟啲,唔會有一種好甜膩嘅感覺,作為今晚咁豐富嘅西式大餐嘅總結。
