今日嚟到粉嶺打邊爐~~先嚟一個蘿蔔粟米豬骨鍋,好多材料,有幾隻雞腳,同充滿骨膠原嘅豬手,所以湯底好鮮甜~~仲有大量蘿蔔同粟米,食湯料都半飽~~呢度嘅金沙魚皮係即炸,新鮮魚皮即炸,好香脆,配蛋黃炸更香口~~另外,椒鹽粟米都好正,椒鹽好入味,粒粒粟米爽甜~~蝦滑加入咗蟹籽,增加口感,香滑爽彈蝦滑~~帝皇蟹柳好大條,鮮味啖啖肉~~竹蓆茅根清熱解暑,打邊爐啱晒~呢度服務都幾周到,員工好快手腳執枱同上菜~~
