My mum, sister and I have always loved the UCC cafés and have been regular customers for over 10 years now. Despite what I am now about to say, I do still love them and will likely always be a regular customer as the food is to my taste, prices reasonable and atmosphere always appropropriate.But....!I was very disappointed to find how filthy the glasses are! I get that it's not the actually inside of the glass jit's the outside around the bottom of the glasses but when thy are charging me over

I was very disappointed to find how filthy the glasses are! I get that it's not the actually inside of the glass jit's the outside around the bottom of the glasses but when thy are charging me over $40 for a drink I would expect the bottom of my glass not to be caked in filth and grime! As far as I could tell all the glasses there are pretty old (not a problem) and in need of a good clean!
Lets hope oped this improves soon.
