Finally tried the cheese tart from this famous joint causing queues and chaos at the basement of Sogo. There are different ways to eat it, you can reheat it so that the filling becomes runny or have it at room temperature where the filling is thick and mousse like.I had mine at room temperature and it tasted like those Japanese cheese cakes in a tart crust. The tart crust is hard with a buttery smell. It was quite nice but after trying the limited edition chocolate cheese tart at the new APM branch

Finally tried the cheese tart from this famous joint causing queues and chaos at the basement of Sogo.

There are different ways to eat it, you can reheat it so that the filling becomes runny or have it at room temperature where the filling is thick and mousse like.

I had mine at room temperature and it tasted like those Japanese cheese cakes in a tart crust.

The tart crust is hard with a buttery smell.

It was quite nice but after trying the limited edition chocolate cheese tart at the new APM branch, I prefer the chocolate one and it will be available soon from the 23rd to the 27th January at SOGO.
