To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛腩好林,牛丸真係名副其實咁彈牙,肉同脂肪比例啱啱好。湯底好香牛味,微微酸辣好開胃。鹽酥雞大小適中,好脆口,初初仲以為鹽酥雞飯會好乾,但係有汁粉絲同埋醬汁配菜粟米令到成個飯層次好豐富,粟米同醬汁嘅甜味同鹽酥雞嘅鹹味配合得天衣無縫。皮蛋豆腐個汁好夠味,豆腐質地硬淨,唔會一夾就散開,木魚同皮蛋吊出咗豆腐嘅豆香味。黑糖同鮮奶係天作之合,珍珠林身,同奶味好夾,仙草好fresh,中和左珍珠嘅飽濟感。檸茶有淡淡玫瑰香味,飲落清新,食飽之後飲可以冇咁飽濟。
