To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今次係第二次去大中華,第一次食過那隻招牌雞,太乾身味道又無乜特別,所以今次無預訂,豬手又太鹹所以又無叫,自己寫菜落單,無服務可言,今次點左蜆芥鯪魚球、炸大腸、冰鎮鮑魚螺片、蠔餅、亂棍打死牛魔王、墨魚餅最好味,但可惜係第二輪加單,所以開始放慢腳步開始飽,食剩一件浪費了⋯仲有碟家常小菜西蘭花炒牛肉,5個人最後都吃光光~好味
