閒日同媽咪出左銅鑼灣行街,我們大約兩點來到반찬앤쿡 Banchan and Cook吃午餐,由於閒日加上兩點已經不是午飯時段,我們不用排隊便可以即時入座,坐下時職員已經即時遞上酸酸甜甜的蘿蔔﹑青瓜開胃菜。燉牛肋骨蛋包飯 - 上菜時,職員已經即時問需不需要幫忙切開蛋,看著蛋汁慢慢流出來,十分治癒😆。果然是招牌燉牛肋骨,起初以為牛肋骨十分麻煩,怎料Banchan and Cook的燉牛肋骨弄得十分冧,基本上刀輕輕一介,肉便從骨輕易分離,而且牛肋骨的醬汁非常入味,配上濃郁蛋汁,十分滿足。柑橘炸雞(無骨)(半份) - 炸雞的炸得十分酥脆,但雞肉仍然十分嫩滑及肉汁保存得十分好,每一口都十分Juicy,柑橘酸甜味亦十分融入炸雞,薯條尚算香脆可口,值得一試,不過我們覺得年糕有點靭,但整體評分仍算是高。可能因為已經過了午餐時段,職員沒有幫過我們加水,不過亦因為這個時段比較清靜舒服,聊天十分舒服。

柑橘炸雞(無骨)(半份) - 炸雞的炸得十分酥脆,但雞肉仍然十分嫩滑及肉汁保存得十分好,每一口都十分Juicy,柑橘酸甜味亦十分融入炸雞,薯條尚算香脆可口,值得一試,不過我們覺得年糕有點靭,但整體評分仍算是高。
