This shop hangs very big goose by their kitchen windows and is famous for their 獅頭鵝! Here they cook their meats in marinade, instead of roasting them. I ordered a few lunchboxes for myself and my colleagues. The marinade is made with their house recipe and it tasted just right. My pick was the marinaded pork belly+ bone-in goose meat combo. Pork belly was crisp and refreshing, not fatty at all, I can feel the collagen from it, a decent surprise!!
Goose meats were fatty and juicy, I guess this type of goose is suitable to be marinated instead of being roasted? The two sauces on the side paired very well with the meats, the darker one is the soy sauce-based marinade; and the lighter one is the spicy vinegar.
The rice comes with a free bottle of water, you can add extra to opt for tea/ drinks too.
