To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友行完街想食D簡簡單單的食物。於是想起IAN 和花姐拍的譚仔三哥糊麻湯魚爽肚米線。一於去試一試。由於我地兩個以吹水為目的，所以要求坐卡位為主，結果等左勁耐。職員差D 仲唔記得我地等梗😠糊麻湯魚爽肚米線$42內有芥末魚籽鱈魚滑豆卜和魚爽肚湯底係好飲既，原本唔知粒丸係咩黎，一食落去嚇親，點解有芥末味，再望望MENU 先知係咩。個人覺得同芥末同糊麻湯唔太夾，下次唔會再叫，但會叫糊麻湯底。鹹檸梳打$11夠鹹，夠酸，正

湯底係好飲既，原本唔知粒丸係咩黎，一食落去嚇親，點解有芥末味，再望望MENU 先知係咩。
個人覺得同芥末同糊麻湯唔太夾，下次唔會再叫，但會叫糊麻湯底。
