To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Ikea餐廳每逢星期五六日都特別多人，而家疫情換咗有職員派位，唔使再成堆人喺餐廳入邊等位，其實仲有效率，方便咗好多。今次試咗個德國豬手、炸雞翼、煙三文魚沙律、同埋個小龍蝦扭扭粉。不得不讚覺得個豬手非常出色，$100都唔使就有大大隻豬手，而且外脆內軟，比得上出邊任何一間德國餐廳。但係個小龍蝦扭扭粉就好失望，小龍蝦數量唔多而且好硬，成個扭扭粉都冇乜汁，好乾身。

不得不讚覺得個豬手非常出色，$100都唔使就有大大隻豬手，而且外脆內軟，比得上出邊任何一間德國餐廳。
