今次係我第四定第五次食呢間印度筷子,而亦係第一次約家人一起渡過我既生日。記得有一次嚟食既時候,我家姐見到隔離枱食既野係餐牌上係冇架!好奇問隔離點解有呢D咁特別嘅菜式嘅?個男顧客話book枱時要求食Omakase,咁主廚會準備一D特別餐單!趁住生日想嘗試新嘢嘅念頭,所以我都叫老闆要求食Omakase😂😋。果日好大雨,我去到餐廳就見到店員已經準備好一張長枱,果位靚仔侍應亦示意我呢張枱係我book嘅六位,雖然我英文唔係咁好,但店員亦記得我之前嚟過幾次同我微笑點頭。地方唔係好大,所以我哋都佔咗好大位置坐位。坐左陣侍應就送上一小籃小食(papadums)每枱都會送既小食,雖然係印度菜,但餐牌也有泰式食物。屋企人未到齊,我媽咪就order 左個雞同牛肉串燒食住等。又叫左杯mango lassi試下😋,酸酸甜甜好好飲,仲叫左兩杯啤酒添。話明係食Omkase ,但係媽咪就直接order😂。冇耐侍應就上左第一道菜,係燒雞配泰式青木瓜沙律每兩位一碟share。燒雞在切開1/4的每人有兩件,雞肉燒得好香,外脆內軟啱啱好肉嫩多汁!沙律酸酸甜甜,木瓜爽脆帶小微辣,連我姨甥唔食辣都覺得好好食!😋之後就係蕃茄湯,呢
