To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好欣賞自助餐佈置成一個懷舊的埸境

我最喜歡普慶自助餐內裡的環境佈置很懷舊，特別座在中空位置，感覺很舒服。眼見每一位之工作人員帶著微笑工作，待人親切及有禮，另特別欣賞經理 Walter 對每檯客人之親切態度及有禮待人。食物方面，我最欣賞晚餐時段，有三種不同生蠔享用，蟹，蝦，棘身亦很新鮮。冷盤/熱食/甜品亦不錯。我短短在三個月內，已經帶了五班不同親戚/朋友去慶祝生日飯局。每次都很感激Walter 親自幫我安排訂檯及生日蛋糕。感覺實在太好了。👍👍👍
