之前已經黎過兩三次,今晚再黎一嘗「第一次」既菜式,依然能保持水準,無令我失望! 烤焗威靈頓牛柳 配野菌燒汁 (跟意粉) - 厚度適中既酥皮包住嫩嫰多肉汁既牛柳,仲要加左d黑松露醬,令件牛更加香,真係一試難忘!不過個燒汁就真係hea左少少,唔夠熱又太杰,好彩件牛夠晒味,唔需要用汁。我個餐跟左意粉,個意粉又係唔夠熱,同埋無味,建議落少少鹽去吊味,所以唯有用佢個燒汁去混,咁先無咁齋。 餐湯揀左羅宋湯 - 無乜特別,不過個蒜蓉包完全唔熱唔脆,好似無焗過咁......
