自從越味皇開左之後,完全取代左金坊喺我心目中既位置,越南野比起泰菜無咁濃味,岩返夏天同普遍港人口味記得初初開果時得小貓三四隻,果然好食既野係會一傳十十傳百,呢日午市去門口排滿哂人,等左陣先有位~同友人都唔係太肚餓,所以決定單點。必嗌串燒,外層焦香內裡鮮嫩肉厚,唔似坊間好多都好乾身痴實枝竹籤。特別係牛!牛!牛!(重要既事情要講三次)咬開非常鬆化,肉味濃郁,加上沙嗲醬既甜香更惹味。食評熱門推薦小吃之一,入口無外觀油膩,蒜蓉味突出,外皮金黃薄脆,不帶粉感,雞翼大隻多汁。以類似腸粉皮包住切絲蘿蔔、木耳同沙葛,同時食到外軟內爽口既雙重口感,清淡不飽滯,但又有飽足感係夏天代替主食既好選擇。見食評麻麻本來都不抱期望,但估唔到有驚喜軟殼蟹炸得好香脆,雖然面頭椒鹽灑過龍偏鹹左少少,但並無其他食客講既「又濕又淋」既問題。裡面仲好多蟹肉,又夠juicy,唔係得個殼多款咖哩煲可食揀飯/蒜蓉包/薄餅,咖哩偏甘甜,帶些微香辣,唔仔細品嚐都唔太覺。成塊煎香左雞皮既雞扒切件再煮,啖啖肉好足料薯仔都預先炸過,保留到綿密唔溶既質感,確係花左心思。最後整返杯袪水消暑薏米水,雖然薏仁預先調好,無得揀走甜,但食落綿而不漏,唔會
