To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

下午茶依然多人要排隊，不過等一陣，都算安排得幾快。點心優惠：鴛鴦南瓜斑蘭糕，鮮蝦腐皮卷，由於時間關係，食完個腐皮卷先記得影相，宜係即叫即炸，夠脆口。呢個糕好有煙韌口感，唔似那拉糕，但又唔似白糖糕，2者中間口感，班蘭味淡淡，但都食到，唔太甜。叉燒包夠juicy，叉燒足料嘅，唔散，食過國燒包個怪一夾就散最差，呢個實得黎夠軟腍。另一個my favour，鵪鶉蛋燒賣，如間酒樓有，我地會必叫，好少酒樓肯做啦，功夫多，呢到個燒賣唔錯，燒賣同個鵪鶉蛋唔會分離嘅，肉質夠鮮甜。咁嘅價錢可以食到少許懷舊點心，好值得間中去懷念下。
