錦麗終於開到黎大埔,點可以睇少大埔街坊既威力,少不免會排哂長龍,真係排好耐先入到,終於唔駛出九龍都有得食。門口已經放左個好靚既招牌,仲有佢地口號一種味道半世紀的堅持,堅持做好牛肉粉既好味道。店面都係用上左藍黃色做設計,掛住左好多唔同既報導,店仔細細不過設計得都幾有心思。可以見到個開放式既廚房,好多唔同材料預備都會見到,增加左個透明度食得更放心。當然唔少得魚露等等既調味醬汁,最唔少得既一定係呢個越南粉既配料。千祈唔好話有無攪錯,呢度名乎其實係得牛牛粉食,次次食都叫《錦麗綜合粉》($62),有哂生牛肉熟牛肉牛丸,至愛食牛丸好夠味,記得要飲啖湯先好開始食,飲得到果啖精華。另外仲有大大舊牛腩,都已經好淋,仲有生牛肉添,入面既粉係會痴到好似個波咁,不過一撩就會散,聽聞咁樣上唔會搞到河粉淋哂一PAT野咁。整多個《炸手作蝦餅》($38),見到係即打即炸,所以都要等一段時間先有,上台果時熱辣辣,蝦味濃仲已經開半易入口。食完哂野緊係要飲杯野飲,見到有《凍鹹檸檬青檸梳打》($22),下面有好多鹹檸檬,上面加上兩塊青檸,搭埋梳打一飲夠哂爽。店名:錦麗地址:大埔安邦路3號大埔超級城C區1樓518-520號舖餐
