To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

KKDAY 見到有優惠，即時買咗兩位，因為想帶老人家去食，老人家真係食好少，又唔食生冷嘢😅，仲要唔食牛唔食羊🥲！所以，太貴真係唔捨得。今次見有優惠，就好開心，終於可以帶埋老人家嚟享一下！訂完睇Open Rice ，好多評語都鬧爆，都唔敢抱好大期望。可能不敢抱甚麼期望，反而更感到滿意，環境舒適寬敞，服務員態度親切有禮，且細心。食物質素中規中矩，不過確要讃嘅...係生蠔，雖然size細D，勝在夠鮮甜，有海水味，即開即食，每人每次只準攞兩隻。
