My gf likes to try out different cafe. And yesterday, we tried out this cafe with an unique experience (give me a feeling of common sense is not so common). First, the restaurant set a meal time of 90 minutes which is fairly normal in HK. My gf arrived about 30 minutes earlier than I did. She told me that she was pushed to order by a staff (may be the owner) or else they won't be able to serve the food in time. This is rather their slow execution issue of the cafe instead of a customer issue

First, the restaurant set a meal time of 90 minutes which is fairly normal in HK. My gf arrived about 30 minutes earlier than I did. She told me that she was pushed to order by a staff (may be the owner) or else they won't be able to serve the food in time. This is rather their slow execution issue of the cafe instead of a customer issue?!! I respect them to serve our lunch in To-go boxes if they really need the table or have long lines of people waiting instead of pushing my gf to order. Secondly, my gf had ordered right before I arrived the cafe, so I came into the shop and tried to sit down. A staff immediately approach me to remind me whether I have scanned the QR code (which is good), so I did it without questioning, and I sat down with my gf and ordered. I cleaned my hands popular with my Alcohol Wet Tissue that I brought to the cafe. Then I saw a staff handing over a coffee to our table. When I was about to take off the mask, a staff (may be the owner) shout at me, "don't take off before your order comes." I feel kind of shock which could have told me nicely, but understand his concern so I comply without question anyway. Subsequently, my ice latte arrived, and I finished the latte before our food were served, so I tried to hand back the glass cup and the coffee plate back to the staff (the owner) together with my used alcohol wet tissue on the coffee plate. I understand he is trying to protect the cafe and his staff, so I took the wet tissue off the coffee plate without question. Thirdly, our food have arrived, and we finished the food in around 15 to 20minutes (the total time it took from my gf sat down to I arrived the cafe and we finished the food was only about 80 minutes). The taste was great, the entire dinning experience is really unpleasant. Lastly, I want to get to the bill for the meal, so I walked up to the cashier and handed in a $500 dollar bill and whether they only take cash as payment options (as I don't see any credit card sign anywhere at the cashier. The lady at the cashier gladly accept the bill answered, "yes, we only accept cash." I was whispering in my mind "good luck."

A dollar bill no matter how new that was is hundred times (if not more) dirtier than the Alcohol Wet Tissue I brought in.
