To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 諗左好耐，朋友選擇了這間來聚餐。朋友預先ＢＯＯＫ左枱，可是到達後仍然要等左一陣才可入座。朋友是會員，所以我記得點了個會員先可點的餐...食料好靚，入口新鮮，不過，份量小，食晒後都唔夠飽。湯底都係加錢轉了，我就要了個昆布湯底...之前沒有試過，估唔到原來咁清甜，個湯底好好飲。墨魚滑爽口彈牙，食唔停口。牛肉有幾款，但其實除左係新鮮外，食唔出分別。跟餐的麻醬豆腐好好味...麻醬很香。環境清靜，枱很大（傾計有點辛苦），依家疫情期間，同另一枱距離格得夠遠。
