To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇返都有成半年無嚟過馬姐喇，今日晏晝突然對呢個向西村掛念，嗌咗個牛腩豆腐乾支竹茶葉蛋，放棄哂啲米線米粉粉絲河粉，揀咗個唔係度度有得食嘅刀削麵，個湯底始終如一，夠哂風味，牛腩勁靭，八蚊得四粒，每粒大過粒骰仔小小，仲要有一粒係全肥食唔到，豆腐乾幾得意，有啲鐵蛋味，唔知會唔會同鐵蛋嘅做法一樣係經過反覆滷制嘅呢。茶葉蛋太鹹，個鹹度直逼鹹蛋，幾乎相嗌碗白飯嚟餸下，刀削麵嘅麵質好好，掛湯能力高，挽回分數不少。等食期間腳底有隻小小強散步，我一遞起隻腳諗住同佢打招呼佢就極速閃返落去枱底，睇佢咁精靈應該平時都豐衣足食嘅。
