久違嘅LAB EAT,今日終於可以試到喇!我哋訂咗7點鐘,當然要準時到達餐廳啦。餐廳位置尚算方便,喺美麗華酒店沿著金巴利道一直行,見到間七仔就到,其實喺正間七仔後面。入到餐廳店員非常殷勤招待及安排座位,之後望望Menu。先Order兩杯Cocktails,”Lab Eat Punch”加杯”White Peach Cooler”。跟住Order食物,首先叫兩個湯,分別係”龍蝦湯”同”黑松露磨菇湯”、一份Seafood Platter、一份鵝肝、一份Dry Aged Porterhouse 36oz、最後一份甜品”Lab Eat Dessert Platter”。等咗大概10分鐘Seafood Platter先到,一放底見到放喺頂層嘅西班牙紅蝦刺身非常大隻,有一大兩細,紅蝦好新鮮多肉而且蝦頭多膏。跟住再試試個生蠔,先落少少檸檬汁,因個人覺得檸檬汁可更帶出蠔嘅鮮味。隻生蠔一食落口真係好新鮮,加埋濃厚海水味真係停唔到口。其次海鮮拼盤上嘅鮑魚、刀貝蜆同翡翠螺,當然全部都一樣咁新鮮同好腍,鮑魚同翡翠螺好有咬口,刀貝蜆好甜而肥美。食完海鮮後飲品亦奉上,兩杯飲品都帶有少少酒精,Lab Eat Pun

等咗大概10分鐘Seafood Platter先到,一放底見到放喺頂層嘅西班牙紅蝦刺身非常大隻,有一大兩細,紅蝦好新鮮多肉而且蝦頭多膏。
跟住再試試個生蠔,先落少少檸檬汁,因個人覺得檸檬汁可更帶出蠔嘅鮮味。隻生蠔一食落口真係好新鮮,加埋濃厚海水味真係停唔到口。
其次海鮮拼盤上嘅鮑魚、刀貝蜆同翡翠螺,當然全部都一樣咁新鮮同好腍,鮑魚同翡翠螺好有咬口,刀貝蜆好甜而肥美。

食完海鮮後飲品亦奉上,兩杯飲品都帶有少少酒精,Lab Eat Punch係士多啤梨味而White Peach Cooler故知然係白桃味。兩杯都好Fruity同易入口,相比下White Peach Cooler酒味會比較重少少,唔太好酒精嘅可選擇Lab Eat Punch。

稍後龍蝦湯同磨菇湯都到喇!個湯未放底已經聞到香味,賣相都幾好。龍蝦湯味道好濃郁,飲啖湯帶啲龍蝦肉都可算是一種享受;黑松露磨菇湯好Creamy,飲第一啖時黑松露味道喺口中徘徊,而且磨菇味亦濃厚,兩種味道夾雜可謂天衣無縫。另外有小法包喺食物嚟之前已安排好,有法包點下湯食都唔錯喎!

下一道菜係鵝肝,鵝肝好厚兼酥味重,配上脆脆及果醬,食哂整件都唔覺太漏。

我哋期待已久嘅Dry Aged Porterhouse 36oz終於上場,一嚟到時真係震撼,雖則早知道係36oz但見到時無諗過咁大個Portion。放底後急不及待要試下(餐廳已替客人切好),塊扒Medium燒得好香,肉質非常腍同Juicy,點上少少Gravy令肉味更出。另外配上蕃薯條,可點黑松露鹽,其實啲牛肉點黑松露鹽嘅味道都幾特別㗎!呢個Portion啱哂四人一齊食。

食飽正餐後甜品係時候出場,我哋Order咗Lab Eat Dessert Platter。朱古力球肉放滿分子雪糕,用液態氮煙霧彌漫的製法好特別,跟住再敲碎個朱古力球,又有得食又有得玩,據說朱古力球係用比利時73%朱古力製造。另外有一球伯爵茶雪糕,呢個做得出色呀,重奶味而且好滑。Platter上亦配上Macaron同缺餅,令呢個甜品添上唔少色彩~

LAB EAT Restaurant真係令食客充滿驚喜,食材新鮮之外,烹調方法亦上佳。店內環境舒服及店員招呼周到,正係情侶拍拖、三五知己飯聚一個非常好嘅選擇
