To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來只係想去南丫島行下, 點知有對朋友 join 埋一齊, 其中一位更加係壽星仔, 咁樣就一定要賀下佢啦... 由榕樹灣出發行去索罟灣, 最後揀左天虹同佢做壽.點解係下午茶 ?? 因為我地 4 點半開始食嘛... 4 個人叫左 5 樣野, 全海鮮...1. 白灼中蝦 (12 兩 @ 12 蚊一兩), 好鮮味, 蝦肉好鬼彈牙, 加埋 d 豉油真係一流.2. 薑蔥肉蟹 ( 2 隻 @ 168蚊一隻), 即劏既蟹真係 d 肉實 d 架, 好好味, 早知叫一隻肉, 一隻羔啦...3. 豉椒蟶子 (半斤 @ 8 蚊一兩), 差少少... 好咸呀...4. 椒鹽瀨尿蝦 ( 4 隻 @ 12 蚊一兩)... 原來 2 位朋友未食過瀨尿蝦... 好唔好食 ?? 佢地兩位食到連頭, 連腳都冇埋...5. 清蒸鮑魚 ( 4 隻 @ 30 蚊一隻), 新鮮彈牙... 比酒樓好好多其實海鮮只要新鮮, 基本上唔會難食既... 只係同好友一齊食, 睇住個海, 飲下啤酒, 別有一番風味... 如果 match 到時間, 仲可以搭埋酒樓船去市區... 又慳返幾十蚊 ^^
