To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從有一次同朋友散叫食牛角,食咗每人四百幾蚊之後,自此我同大食朋友食通常我都會選擇去牛角放題。今次揀了中價既level 3,正價時段408加一。100分鐘仼食, 已經有齊雞牛豬同幾款海鮮,(level 1+level 2+level 3 既食品)仲,有出邊擺放嘅食品例如牛角飯,沙律,飲品,甜品,配料等。當然我哋主力就梗係level 3 既食品。美國SRF安格斯和牛牛肩肉,牛味重。而我同朋友們就鐘意食澳洲/美國和牛牛板腱,入口即溶哦,滿滿嘅牛油香味。就算煎得熟得滯都仲係好香。非常好食。另外黃金魷魚,出邊嘅放題比較少見。
