Lunch又同同事去食好野,今次黎到這間位於銅鑼灣,有omakase食的餐廳,一於lunch都要食廚師發辦!這裡的lunch omakase 有前菜3款、刺身3款、和食料理、壽司5款、湯和甜品,都好豐富架!前菜,有酸汁車厘茄、櫻花蝦流心蛋和日本九州慢煮雞胸沙律!沙律菜拌上柚子醋,酸酸味味,很開胃!而雞胸有煙燻過的味道,味道不錯!真鯛刺身,師傅落了岩鹽和紫蘇花調味,食落有獨有的甘香!伊佐木,師傅用火槍稍稍燒過魚皮位置,令魚油迫出,魚香味更濃!鰹魚,鰹魚用上蘋果木煙燻,加上有稍稍燒過,令魚的油甘味更突出,再配上紫蘇花醬汁,酸酸地幾惹味!金目鯛料理,師傅將金目鯛魚皮位置炸過,令魚皮非常脆卜卜,魚肉嫩滑!梭子魚壽司,梭子魚配上四季紅,帶有少少辣,梭子魚清爽鮮甜,幾正!鯖魚壽司,鯖魚壽司配上白昆布和紫蘇葉,有鯖魚的魚香,亦有紫蘇葉的味道,加上白昆布,酸酸地幾惹味!海膽壽司,壽司飯拌上紫菜碎,海膽上面加上淡海鹽,味道特別,海膽鮮甜!大拖羅,拖羅有稍稍燒過,減去魚的油膩感,配上櫻花蝦,令口感豐富!最後仲有面豉湯同埋紅豆奶凍,好滿足呀!
