Restaurant: sen-ryo (Festival Walk)
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

LUNCH HOUR 已經人頭湧湧, 拎住”飛仔”大概要等多15張台先到.幸好10分鐘後,已經拎到.一坐低,當然FOCUS ON 抵食既LUNCH SET (星期一至五先有得供應咋~~); 今次選左(炙燒壽司X冷麵定食,$98) 炙燒壽司X冷麵定食,$98有5件壽司: 係大眾化既蝦/鰻魚/凡立貝/三文魚, 每件壽司飯跟魚生份量比例好, 加上醋、糖、鹽調恰當，魚生肥美配帶甜味的日本珍珠醋飯, 令人開胃. 唔夠飽就食埋2件炸物同冷麵就係完美既LUNCH啦 我鍾意黎千兩嘆個LUNCH SET 係有原因既, 呢到SET既組合真係可滿足到多心既我,凍食又有,熱食又照顧到, 份量又岩岩好,真係令人回味無窮.
