To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一直喜歡吃粉麵,見到店外的相片心思思想嘗試,今天終於有機會,雖然坐滿人,不過上菜蠻快,不消一會兒便可以開餐。今次點了酸辣炸醬燘腩肉蓮藕粉、擔擔麵及韮菜豬肉湯餃。蓮藕粉還是第一次嘗試,質感像薯粉但軟身一點,湯底味道偏酸,辣味微弱,腩肉不知是傳統或是孤寒,整碗只有薄薄的幾片,碎濕濕讓我差點以為漏了腩肉,至於擔擔麵,對於不是太喜歡花生醬味道的我,感覺還不錯,韮菜豬肉湯餃吃得出是自家製作,味道不過不失,最大的敗筆是淥的時間過長,每一粒也破掉,可說是湯餃的大忌。總括而言,這店的食物水準不太突出,是那種不會抗拒再去,但也不一定要翻兜的類別。值得一讚的是店員服務態度蠻好,隔離檯的顧客點了套餐附送豆漿,店員問要熱或凍,顧客問可否要暖的,答案竟然是沒有問題,雖然可能是舉手之勞,少少的動作卻能加分。
