To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行過Metro 豚骨Base，見到櫃檯擺滿咗那啲閃閃發亮嘅按鈕，好似小朋友嘅玩具噤，就唔由自主咁湊過去。有香氣撲鼻，肚子嗌到我都未發現自己已經入座，準備開鑊啦🍜！點了煮干豚骨拉麵，湯頭真係香濃得嚟，微鹹冇嚇肚，足夠帶出肉湯嘅厚味。燒賣件事就係啲叉燒，真係咸香淋漓，每啖都有驚喜，肉汁齊齊墮入湯中，我嘅舌尖都快舞動起來😋！麵條硬朗帶勁，微微嘅粉感都瞞唔過我，但佢嗰陣韌性正啱口味，爽滑彈牙。最賞心樂事嘅就係嗰粒半流心蛋，唔算太流，但啖啖蛋香，令我個心情都好滑嘅。隔離巴打嗌嘆冇芽菜，所以個碗面少少單調，希望下次有得添啦。雖然唔係食到剁手價，但料足味美，心頭好開陽光普照🌞！下次再出街肚餓，我一定會再黎轉轉！
