最近興起丼飯潮, 其實不是什麼新鮮既食法, 概念跟港式茶餐廳既碟頭法差唔多, 只不過材料轉為日式, 米飯係珍珠加點醋; 今次黎到人流絡繹不絕既爆丼屋試試有幾“爆”, $135 火焰盛丼, 標榜上桌前火炙, 可惜感覺唔突出, 材料有三文魚、帆立貝、皇帝蟹柳及左口魚裙邊加多隻生雞蛋, 混埋黎食好不新鮮, 蟹柳真係唔知那來既皇帝品種, 帆立貝係薄切, 三文魚當然唔好期望係腩位, 材料都係一般貨色, 不見得肥美新鮮, 以呢個價錢, 倒不如去連鎖壽司店食多兩款更加乾手淨腳!
