平日哩間天吉屋都大排長龍,今日唔知做咩冇人等位,同朋友兩個人直接入去坐。喺個位到可以見到一班師傅喺入面煮食物,一定要夠衛生先夠膽俾人睇光光個廚房,讚枱面嘅茶水唔係普通嘅紅茶綠茶,係牛蒡茶。除左牛蒡茶之外,牛蒡漬、蘿蔔漬、沙律都係無限任食。右邊兩罐就係漬物。我本身好怕椰菜味,但落咗哩個柚子汁之後又覺得幾好食喎我叫咗哩個叫天幕御膳,店員介紹話有三個食法:1.點中間個汁,就咁食天婦羅2.加白飯同天吉屋秘製醬汁,變成天婦羅丼3.加魚湯變成湯飯值得一讚嘅係哩個魚湯唔係一早上,到你需要嘅時候同店員講,店員先會上,咁就可以Keep到個湯係熱辣辣嘅我最初見到餐牌話可以無限添飯,心諗咁大桶飯仲有人加飯咩?打開之後先發現其實冇夜放嘅,哩個份量岩岩係一碗飯左右,唔會浪費。日本野真係做得特別精緻,用紫蘇葉包住魚柳再炸成天婦羅,三重顏色、三重口感有一個唔好嘅地邊就係天婦羅太大舊,明白大大舊擺出嚟比較好睇,但好似放底嘅洋蔥天婦羅,如果可以分成幾件細嘅就好啦重點嚟啦!我朋友叫咗最平嘅AllStar丼,估唔到得到一致好評!首先佢有齊咗多樣天婦羅,樣樣都想試嘅朋友非常適合,其次就係佢隻蛋,係流心蛋,竟然可以天婦羅!大家

重點嚟啦!我朋友叫咗最平嘅AllStar丼,估唔到得到一致好評!
首先佢有齊咗多樣天婦羅,樣樣都想試嘅朋友非常適合,其次就係佢隻蛋,係流心蛋,竟然可以天婦羅!大家都知炸物係要好高温去炸,而流心蛋就唔可以煮太熟,熟咗就唔流心,要做到外脆內流心真係少啲功夫都做唔到!

同朋友兩個都話以後會再幫襯,成餐飯都好滿意,店員又有禮貌好笑容,仲成日問我哋要唔要加飯加沙律,非常主動。

如果要為天吉屋打分,100分滿分我會俾滿分100分!
